Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all seating components are securely placed in their original factory packaging, including all power cables, accessories, and assembly manuals.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove logistics partners to schedule a convenient time for the pickup of your furniture.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon arrival at our warehouse, our technicians will inspect the items for quality assurance; once verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
